What this covers

Why is this happening to you?

It rarely starts with one big thing. It is a string of small things that only make sense once they are lined up side by side. Does any of this sound familiar?

Inheritance theft

Estates moved, documents changed, heirs cut out quietly.

Civil conspiracy

More than one person, acting together, toward the same result.

Organized harassment

Coordinated contact, vehicles, complaints, and reports.

False documents

Signatures, notarizations, and filings that were not yours.

AI likenesses

Your face, voice, or name generated and circulated without you.

Employer reviews

Workplace complaints and reviews used as a weapon.

Court filings

Filings made against you, or made in your name.

Intellectual property fraud

Your work registered, sold, or claimed by someone else.

You do not have to figure this out alone.

Your identifier

Your number. Not your name.

Every member gets a permanent number and a dated certificate. It goes on your notice materials, so everyone knows you are documenting, without you ever publishing your name, your address, or your situation.

This is a private membership registry operated by Active Intel Investigations. It is not a government registration, it does not confer any legal status, and it is not a law enforcement designation.

Fit

Is this for you?

This is built for you if

  • You are documenting something that is happening to you or to your family
  • You want a record that holds up later, prepared correctly now
  • You want the other side to know documentation is underway
  • You need records requests written properly and sent to the right place
  • You would rather learn the method than hand the whole thing to someone else
  • You want to learn it from a working investigator, twice a month

This is not

  • Legal advice, or a substitute for your own attorney
  • A background check, tenant screening, or employment screening service
  • A way to locate, monitor, or surveil another person
  • A place to publish accusations about anyone by name
  • A retainer for a full investigation, which is quoted separately
Questions

Questions people ask before joining

What does the notice material actually say?

It states that the holder is documenting and preserving records, and it carries your member number. It does not name anyone, accuse anyone, or make any claim about any person. That is deliberate. A notice that names people creates a problem for you rather than for them.

Is my member number public?

Your number is yours. Anyone holding the number can confirm that it is active. Your name, your address, and your situation are never published or attached to the number.

The session is public. Will anyone know I asked?

No, and this is worth being precise about. The session streams live to YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, so anyone can watch it, and it stays online afterward. You are not in it. There is no camera, no microphone, no attendee list, and no way for a viewer to know you were there at all. Your question goes through a private form only we see, and before it is answered it is reworded and stripped of names, places, relationships, and any detail that could identify you or your situation. Questions are never read out as written and never shown on screen. You will be told this again on the form, above the submit button, before you send anything.

The streams have public comment sections. We do not answer questions there and we do not discuss anyone’s situation there. Comments that name individuals are removed.

What are the trainings with Dave?

Two live training sessions a month, for members only, led by Dave Pelligrinelli, the investigator who leads Active Intel. Each session covers one method you can use on your own record. Trainings are not streamed publicly. Replays are posted in your member portal, so you can catch up if you miss one. Trainings are general instruction, not advice on your specific situation.

If the session is public, what am I paying for?

The asking. Anyone can watch an investigator spend an hour on documentation and answer questions from people in situations like yours. Members are the only people who can put a question into that hour and get it answered. That, plus two members-only trainings with Dave every month and everything else in the membership above, including something new arriving every month.

How does the investigation discount work?

After sixty days of membership, any investigation engagement is quoted at ten percent off. The sixty day wait is deliberate, because the member rate is for people who have been building a record with us, not a coupon for a case that is already underway.

Do you investigate the person who is doing this to me?

Not as part of the membership. Membership covers your own documentation, your own records requests, and general guidance. Case work on another party is a separate engagement, quoted after a paid consultation, and only where there is a lawful basis for it.

What is the area context report?

Publicly available context about a property or an area you have a legitimate connection to, such as your own address. It is not a consumer report and it cannot be used for credit, insurance, employment, or tenant decisions. Members attest to purpose before ordering.

Can you examine a phone?

We examine devices you own or are legally authorized to access, and you confirm that in writing before we begin. We do not examine another person’s device.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel anytime from the portal. Access runs through the end of your paid period. Your member number is retired, the certificate is marked inactive, and anything you downloaded is yours to keep.

Is Active Intel a licensed firm?

Active Intel Investigations is a licensed private investigation firm. Licensing details are listed in the site footer. Membership itself is a documentation and notice product and does not create an investigator client engagement on its own.
