There was a recent crackdown and arrest; they nabbed 4,000 scammers and retrieved $257 million of money that was stolen from unsuspecting victims. So yeah, these scams do get caught sometimes. You have to be persistent, you have to be diligent, and you have to make sure that you’re following through all of the steps. Report it to IC3.
